If you forgot your username , password , expiration date of your license, or other license information, you can have our website send it directly to your email The only thing we need to know is the registration email address used on the online purchase form or registration card when you purchased your ESET security product.

After purchasing your ESET security product online or by phone, you should have received an email message containing your receipt information, as well as a second email message containing your username and password. If you do not see either email message in your inbox within 24 hours after purchase, please check your spam or junk email folder. If you do not receive either email message, please visit the Lost License
to submit a Customer Care support request containing the unlock ID displayed in this window, as well as your product username and password which was sent to you upon purchase. In the event you do not know your product username and password please use our Lost License
