Thank you for purchasing ESET NOD32 Antivirus Business Edition. In addition to ESET NOD32 Antivirus, your business license includes ESET Remote Administrator, software to manage ESET security products on your network. Follow the steps below to download, install and configure your ESET security products on your small business network.

1. Download your ESET security product.

   Click the following link to begin downloading ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4.0

   Important! Please check your operating system version before downloading either version.
    

   You will need your unique username and password to download your ESET security product. Please reference your confirmation email for this information. If you have not yet purchased a license or received your username and password, click here.

   Select Save when prompted to save the file to the Desktop. Once the download has completed, you may be prompted to click Run and begin the installation process. Click Run if you are prompted. If not, navigate to your Desktop or wherever you saved the eav_nt32_enu.msi file. Double-click on it.

2. Add your license file to your ESET security products.

   The .lic file contains the license expiration date and number of workstations for which the license is valid, and is necessary for your product to function properly. Your license file is attached to your confirmation email. For instructions on extracting your license file and adding it to your ESET security product, refer to the following Knowledgebase article:

3. Download, install and complete a basic configuration of ESET Remote Administrator.

    ESET Remote Administrator (ERA) is a powerful tool that assists you in managing multiple clients running ESET security products in networks. It consists of two modules - ERA Server and ERA Console. ERA features:

   •  Quick overview of your network security situation

   •  Comprehensive statistics in an intuitive graphical form 

   •  Enables virus scan on remote disks 

   •  Remote ESET NOD32 client configuration file editing on chosen workstations 

   •  Remote installation/uninstall of ESET NOD32 Antivirus system 

   •  Localization of unprotected computers in network
