Solution

If you receive an installation error when using the ESET Live Installer, follow the instructions below to download and install your Windows ESET security product using the offline installer.

1. Download the offline installer (.msi) below (click here to determine which installation package to download). When prompted, click Save and save the file to your Desktop.

   ESET Smart Security 6:

   64-bit Download 32-bit Download

   ESET NOD32 Antivirus 6:

   64-bit Download 32-bit Download
   

   
   ESET Smart Security 5:

   ESET NOD32 Antivirus 5:

   Click Save when prompted and save the file to your Desktop.
    
2. Once the download has completed, click Run and begin the installation process, or navigate to the download file and double-click it to begin installation.
