Do I have the latest version of ESET Remote Administrator / ESET endpoint products?

Issue

  • Verify that you are running the latest versions of ESET Remote Administrator Console, ESET Remote Administrator Server and ESET endpoint products (ESET Endpoint Security, ESET Endpoint Antivirus, etc.)

Video Tutorial

  1. Open the ESET Remote Administrator Console by clicking Start All Programs ESET ESET Remote Administrator Console ESET Remote Administrator Console.
     
  2. Click Help Check for Server Updates on the Web.

  3. If a more recent version is available ("The version of your software is outdated. Please download the new version"), click Download to download the latest version.

  4. Repeat steps 1-3 above to check for the latest version for the ESET Remote Administrator Console (in step 2, click Check for Console Updates on the Web).


Check client workstations (from ERA)

  1. Open the ESET Remote Administrator Console by clicking Start All Programs ESET ESET Remote Administrator Console ESET Remote Administrator Console.
     
  2. In the Clients tab, verify the version number installed on a client workstation by looking at the information in the Product Version column.
