What if I change my email address?

  1. Contact ESET Customer Care.
  2. Use the drop-down menus to select the options that apply to you. When prompted, click "No - I need to submit a support request".
  3. In the Describe your issue field of the Customer Care Support Request form, specify that you would like to update your account with a new email address and include as much of the following information as possible:
    • Your sales order number (found in the original order confirmation message)
    • Your new email address (the email address you would like to update your ESET account with)
    • The email address you submitted at the time that you purchased your ESET product
    • Your ESET-issued Username and Password (I do not have this information)
    • Any additional previous email addresses that may be associated with your ESET account
    • Your home address

ESET Customer Care will process your request and notify you when your email address has been updated. If more information is needed, ESET Customer Care will contact you via email.
