  • ESET Customer Care has directed you to this article to learn whether your system is 32-bit or 64-bit

Details

If you do not have your Username and Password, visit our lost license page to retrieve them. Your active (non-expired) ESET license includes both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of your ESET product.

Windows XP

  1. Click Start, right-click My Computer and select Properties from the context menu.
     
  2. Look for the System section of the properties window. (View screenshot)

  1. Press Windows key + C and click Settings and then click PC info.
