- Open ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus. How do I open my ESET product?
- Click the Protection status icon
Temporarily disable protection. Click Yes when you are prompted to confirm this action.

- In the Temporarily disable protection window, select the length of time you would like to disable protection from the Time interval drop-down menu. Click OK to continue.
