To verify that you are eligible for renewal pricing for your ESET security product, use the following checklist:

• You can renew your ESET security product's license online starting 60 days prior to the expiration date. If you allow your license to expire, you have a 60-day grace period to renew. If you wait longer than 60 days after the expiration date, you will not be eligible for renewal pricing. If it has been more than 60 days since your license expired, you can purchase a new license through ESET’s online store. If you need help checking your expiration date, click here.

• The email address you use to validate your renewal license must match the email address you used in the original order or activation. If you do not know what email address you used in the original order or activation, contact Customer Care.

• You can only renew licenses online for Home versions of ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus (from single licenses up to four-user packs). To renew more than four licenses, Business licenses or licenses for other products, please call 1-866-343-ESET (3738) or contact your reseller.

• If you would like to upgrade your product license from ESET NOD32 Antivirus to ESET Smart Security, call 1-866-343-ESET (3738).

• You cannot increase or decrease the number of licenses during renewal online. You can only renew the same quantity of licenses that you originally purchased. For example, if you originally purchased one four-user pack of licenses, you can only purchase one four-user pack of licenses at the renewal price. If you would like to change the number of licenses you are renewing, call 1-866-343-ESET (3738).

1. Enter your Username and Email address (used on your original purchase) in the appropriate fields and click the Submit button.

3. Verify your purchase details. If the details of your purchase are correct, click Proceed to Checkout.

4. If you have not purchased software directly from ESET before or if you have purchased before April 2006, you must create an eStore account by clicking the top Continue button. If you have an existing eStore account, enter the email address and password and click the Continue button at the bottom of the page.

5. Enter your billing and shipping address and click Continue on those pages (if you are an existing eStore customer, you do not need to re-enter this information).

6. Click Continue to verify the Shipping Method (Free. Note that you will not receive physical goods by standard mail. We will email your unique username and password to your registered email address).

8. Review the billing, shipping and payment information, and click Submit Order to finalize your purchase. Your online receipt will be displayed. Please print this for your records.
   
   After purchasing, you will receive two email messages. The first email message is a copy of your online receipt. The second email will contain your new username and password, and may contain a license file, if applicable (business users only). To renew the expiration date of your ESET security product, just enter this new username and password into the program.
